[目的/意义]针对高职数据素养教育缺位的现状,以师生对数据素养的认知情况为培养现状的分析依据,为高职院校建立科学合理的数据素养培养体系、建设相应的课程体系、合理分配有限教学资源提供参考。[方法/过程]基于已有的数据素养指标体系,构建高职院校数据素养评价体系,采用问卷的方式调查高职学生的数据意识、数据收集、数据组织与管理、数据分析、数据利用与归档、数据伦理6个方面的认知与能力,结合文献提出“三阶递进”式的高职数据素养教育体系。[结果/结论]师生总体具备一定的数据意识,但对商业数据的有效获取能力比较缺乏。具备基础的数据分析能力及表达能力,数据价值的深度挖掘能力不足。数据收集、组织与管理、分析、利用与归档能力认知在群体间的差异明显,认为应从“底层-进阶-高级”3个层次进行教育体系的设计,提升数据素养综合能力。
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance] In view of the lack of vocational data literacy education, based on the cognitive survey of data literacy of teachers and students in Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology (GDPST), this paper provides reference for vocational colleges to establish a scientific and reasonable data literacy training system, build the corresponding curriculum system, and rationally allocate limited teaching resources.[Method/Process] Based on the existing data literacy index system, the data literacy evaluation system of vocational colleges is constructed, and the cognition and ability of data consciousness, data collection, data organization and management, data analysis, data utilization and archiving, data ethics, and "third-order progressive" type of higher vocational data literacy education system are investigated by means of questionnaires. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that teachers and students in GDPST have a certain degree of data awareness, but their ability to obtain business data is insufficient. They have basic data analysis ability and expression ability, but their ability in exploring the in-depth value of data is insufficient. There are significant differences in data collection, organization and management, analysis, utilization, and archiving capabilities among groups. It is believed that the design of the education system should be carried out from the three tiered levels of "bottom-improved-advanced", so as to improve teachers and students' comprehensive ability of data literacy.
