Abstract

Genetic diversity among seven strains of A. aegerita from different climate zones was analysed by isozyme and RAPD methods respectively. The results obtained from two methods showed that A. aegerita strains from different climate zones had abundant genetic diversity. It provided an experimental basis to choose parent strains for crossbreeding and gave a reference way for the further research on the genetic diversity of A. aegerita germplasm resources.
