Four the expecially early varieties were tested in three sowing data to study the variation on the growth，yield and yield component factors. The results showed that the optional sowing data after wheat stubble resowing was June 25-July 5 in Taiyuan region and the optimal sowing data was June 25. The effect of sowing-emergence and emergence-silking days was not significant, but a lagged grain filling was found in late sowed Maize. The results of yield showed that there was significant difference on different varieties，different sowing data and the difference of interaction effect between variety and sowing data in this study, difference varieties were sowed in difference sowing data, the optimal sowing data for Bingdan No. 6 was June 25，Jiuyu No.5 was June 30,Jiuyuzaoshu No.1 was July 5 . Later sowing dacreased 1oo-grain weight and grains per row,thus make the yield of maize was decreased.
