Abstract
In order to explore the fast asexual propagation technology, 50、100、200、400 mg/L NAA were used as rooting agents for air layering of Calophyllum inophyllum L., while ddH2O as the controlled agents. The result showed that all of the treatment combinations got high rooting rate and transplantation survival rate, but the combination of ddH2O was the best with 100% rooting rate and transplantation survival rate.
