As a new growth point of agricultural development，biological agriculture is Leading the green development of the overall economic and social with the sun rising trend. This article discussed the meaning and characteristics of biological agriculture，described the biological relationship between agriculture and green development initially. The article pointed out five kinds of biological agriculture development path，which is Extending the agricultural industrial chain，developing and utilizing of biomass energy，developing circular economy of agriculture，promoting of eco-industrial development and cultivating Bio-agricultural enterprises.
