In the knowledge economy and experience age, the consumer to the rural tourism function highlights of the personalized needs of spirit and culture, but the traditional tourism products supply mass type material product, so that the market occurred the contradictions of the supply and demand; on the other hand, the competition is fierce among the homogeneous tourism products, the development of rural tourism in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. How to develop rural tourism to meet the market demand and to promote the transformation and upgrading, breakthrough to solve product homogenization competition has become the primary problem of rural tourism. This article from the cultural creative perspective, puts forward the strategy of rural tourism development in resources, products, pattern, cultural activities, industry chain, marketing and other aspects, in order to meet the consumer demand, accelerate the transformation of rural tourism development and upgrade process, promote the economic development in rural areas.
