Abstract

Aiming to exploit a new pesticide mixtures to controlGibberella zeze in wheat, the inhibitory effects and synergistic research of Prochloraz, Thiram and their mixtures on Gibberella zeze were measured. The toxicities of Prochloraz, Thiram and their five mixtures toGibberella zeze in wheat were determined by the method of mycelial growth rate. The results showed that, the EC50 of Prochloraz, Thiram and their mixtures at the ratio of 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2, 1:2.5 onGibberella zeze were 0.2655, 0.2001, 0.3462, 0.6298, 0.8295 mg/L, respectively. The synergy coefficients of these five mixtures onGibberella zeze were 1.4729, 2.5540, 1.8086, 1.1475, 0.9975, respectively. Among them the synergistic effect of the mixture at the ratio of 1:1 and 1:1.5 had the significant efficiency effect, and the ratio of 1:1 was the greatest.
