In order to study the cold hardiness on low temperature stress of‘Hanfu’, and the fitting cultivating region in Ili. We used conductivity method to observe the changes of leakage ratio of electrolyte (REC) after low- temperature treatment for investigating three varieties of apple annual branch semilethal temperature (LT50). The results showed that electrolyte leakage rate increased like‘S’curve when the temperature was reducing. The semilethal temperature of‘Hanfu’was around -5℃ .‘Fuji’semilethal temperature was about - 29℃ .‘Huang- haitang’semilethal temperature was - 38℃ or so. According to the freezing injury classification,‘Hanfu’was good for the winter survival in the Ili temperature inversion area.‘Hanfu’also could be cultivated in flat area.
