Review of Pre-treatment Methods for Pesticide Residue Detection in Fruits and Vegetables
In order to obtain a safe, reliable, time-saving and labor-saving pre-treatment technology for pesticide residue detection, this paper focused on the application of nanomaterials in the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, discussing various pretreatment methods including solid phase extraction (SPE), matrix-dispersive solid phase extraction (MSPD), QuEChERS, accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), Gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and molecularly imprinted polymer Extraction (MIPs). The research progress in the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables was also analyzed. The review found that pre-treatment technology was still the key to determine whether the detection of pesticide residues was accurate and efficient. At the same time, the future pre-treatment technology of fruits and vegetables was prospected, aiming at providing theoretical reference for the inspection and detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and food safety supervision.

建立了同时测定果蔬中6种酰胺类农药的固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)方法。样品经乙腈高速匀浆提取、Florisil固相萃取柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定6种农药。质谱分析采用电喷雾电离,正负双离子扫描,多反应监测(MRM)模式。结果表明:6种农药在0.0005~1.00 mg/L范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;在0.01、0.1和1.0 mg/kg(氟苯虫酰胺为0.001、0.01和0.1 mg/kg) 3个浓度添加水平下的平均回收率为72.4%~119.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于15%;定量限为0.01 mg/kg(溴氰虫酰胺、双炔酰菌胺、啶酰菌胺、氟吡菌胺和噻呋酰胺)和0.001 mg/kg(氟苯虫酰胺)。该方法简单、快速、重现性好、灵敏度高,可满足果蔬中6种酰胺类农药残留检测的要求。

该文建立了以多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotube,MWCNT)结合QuEChERS样品净化、超高效液相色谱串联质谱(ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)快速检测果蔬中50种农药残留物的分析方法,MWCNTs因其独特的中空结构和大比表面积而具有优异的吸附性能,使得它在果蔬农药残留分析的样品前处理过程中表现出优越的净化功效。通过优化实验,选择并确定了MWCNTs的型号和使用量,在QuEChERS方法基础上改善了样品净化效果。果蔬样品用0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液提取,UPLC-MS/MS对果蔬中50种农药残留物进行测定。结果表明,50种化合物的方法定量限为0.002~0.010 mg/kg;在线性范围内低、中、高3个添加水平的回收率为71%~105%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~11.2%。使用基质匹配标准曲线进行定量50种农药线性关系良好(r>0.99)。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高等优点,适合果蔬样品中农药多残留的快速检测分析。

极性农药包括杀菌剂、除草剂、杀虫剂等,种类丰富,成本低廉,在农业中应用广泛,其滥用易导致水资源和土壤等环境污染,人类通过间接接触动植物源性食品和环境中的极性农药残留也增加了农药暴露风险。极性农药的物理化学性质差异大,通常痕量存在于食品和环境样品等复杂基质中,这对其准确检测分析带来了挑战。分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)作为一种人工制备的选择性吸附剂,具有与模板分子在空间结构、大小尺寸和功能基团上互补的特定识别位点,且易于制备,成本低,稳定性好,重复利用率高,已被广泛用于极性农药残留的样品前处理和分析检测中。MIPs可以作为固相萃取(SPE)、固相微萃取(SPME)、磁性固相萃取(MSPE)、搅拌棒固相萃取(SBSE)等前处理方法的吸附剂,还可用于制备光、电、化学传感器,作为质谱检测的离子源基底和拉曼光谱的增强基底。目前针对极性农药残留的检测,已有许多研究报道了多种分子印迹材料用于高效分离分析各种复杂基质中的极性农药残留,但未见此方面的综述报道。该文首先介绍了MIPs的印迹策略、聚合策略,并针对传统MIPs制备和应用中存在的问题,简要概括了一些新型的分子印迹策略和制备技术;然后从极性农药残留分析的角度出发,总结归纳了分子印迹材料近年来特别是近5年来在各种极性农药残留(包括新烟碱类、有机磷类、三嗪类、唑类、脲类等)检测中的应用,并针对现存问题展望了其未来的发展方向和趋势。

Sample pretreatment is essential for the analysis of complicated real samples due to their complex matrices and low analyte concentrations. Among all sample pretreatment methods, solid-phase extraction is arguably the most frequently used one. However, the majority of available solid-phase extraction adsorbents suffer from limited selectivity. Molecularly imprinted polymers are a type of tailor-made artificial antibodies and receptors with specific recognition sites for target molecules. Using molecularly imprinted polymers instead of conventional adsorbents can greatly improve the selectivity of solid-phase extraction, and therefore molecularly imprinted polymer-based solid-phase extraction has been widely applied to separation, clean up and/or preconcentration of target analytes in various kinds of real samples. In this article, after a brief introduction, the recent developments and applications of molecularly imprinted polymer-based solid-phase extraction for determination of different analytes in complicated real samples during the 2015-2020 are reviewed systematically, including the solid-phase extraction modes, molecularly imprinted adsorbent types and their preparations, and the practical applications of solid-phase extraction to various real samples (environmental, food, biological, and pharmaceutical samples). Finally, the challenges and opportunities of using molecularly imprinted polymer-based solid-phase extraction for real sample analysis are discussed.© 2020 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

A selective analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 20 triazole fungicides and plant growth regulators in cucumber samples was developed using solid-phase extraction with specific molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) as adsorbents. The MIPs were successfully prepared by precipitation polymerization using triadimefon as the template molecule, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as the crosslinker, and acetonitrile as the porogen. The performance and recognition mechanism for both the MIPs and non-molecularly imprinted polymers were evaluated using adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics. Liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry was used to identify and quantify the target analytes. The solid-phase extraction using the MIPs was rapid, convenient, and efficient for extraction and enrichment of the 20 triazole pesticides from cucumber samples. The recoveries obtained at three concentration levels (1, 2, and 10μgL) ranged from 82.3% to 117.6% with relative standard deviations of less than 11.8% (n=5) for all analytes. The limits of detection for the 20 triazole pesticides were all less than 0.4μgL, and were sufficient to meet international standards.Copyright © 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
