Abstract

The cracking of sweet cherry damages its commercial value. In order to explore the differences in fruit cracking between different varieties and explore the correlation between endogenous hormone levels and fruit cracking, three late-maturing varieties (red light, early fruit, and early morning) of late-maturing varieties (Longtian late red and red agate) were selected. the study. The fruit cracking rate of different cultivars was detected. The content of auxin (IAA), gibberellin (GA3) and abscisic acid (ABA) in normal fruit and kiwi fruit flesh were detected and compared. The results showed that the rate of cracking of early maturing varieties was generally higher than that of late-maturing varieties, and the results showed that the contents of endogenous hormones in fruit pulps of all varieties were higher than those of normal fruits, with red light> early morning fruit> beautiful morning> long field late red> red agate. The content of endogenous hormones in fruit pulp of all varieties was higher than that of normal fruits, and the higher the percentage of abscisic acid in fruit cracks and normal fruits, the higher the rate of cracking. Therefore, it is inferred that the cracking of sweet cherry is related to the increase of abscisic acid content in mature period. The experimental results provide theoretical basis for the selection of suitable varieties for the production of sweet cherries, which can effectively reduce the rate of cracking and improve the commercial quality.
