Abstract

The objective was to analyze the inoculation with Burkholderia sp.LD- 11 on the fluorescence parameters of maize under different soil drought stresses. Two maize lines were cultured in the greenhouse, and then inoculated withBurkholderia sp.LD-11. After the drought stress, the relative physiological indexes were detected. The results showed that with drought stress increasing,Fv /Fm value declined, andFv /Fm value of experimental group was more than that of the control group. While the changes ofFv ''/Fm '', yield and ETR in experimental group were less than those of the control group. Moreover,qN of experimental group was always less than that of the control group. Therefore, the present study showed that Burkholderia sp.LD-11 strain could partially alleviate the damage of drought stress on maize.
