Abstract

In order to development the utilization of Agrocybe aegerita and enrich the germplasm resources of Agrocybe aegerita in China, a wild Agrocybe strain NC1 isolated from Guizhou was used as materials. Strain identification by internal transcribed spacer (ITS) molecular biological techniques and culture condition of mother mycelial were studied. The biological characteristics of mycelial growth on different carbon source, nitrogen source, C/N ratio, temperature, pH value were studied. The results showed that the wild strain was identified as Agrocybe aegerita NC1. The most suitable carbon source was the corn starch, followed by glucose or fructose. And the optimal nitrogen source was yeast powder, followed by peptone. The optimum C/N ratio was 30/1-40/1, the optimum temperature was 29℃, and the optimal pH was 5.0-6.0. The results of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the domesticated cultivation and development and utilization of wild Agrocybe aegerita strain NC1.
