Abstract
The high dependence and infinity requirements on land resources because of the rapid development of social economy formed strongly objective contradictions, fully needed for land use reasonable and optimized configuration. Based on the land use structure of Zhongjiang and characteristics of regional economic, ecology and society and mater plan (2010-2020), a linear planning model with objective carried out the optimal allocation of land use structure in Zhongjiang under the restriction of economic and ecological efficiency. Based on different benefit-led development goals, through the optimal allocation of land use structure, it could get different total GDP. During the optimal allocation of land use structure in Zhongjiang, it could achieve ecological and economic benefits and the natural eco-efficiency ‘win-win’ in the target year. The results could ensure that sustainable development needs in a given period and provide theoretical support for the management of land resources and other government departments.
