Study on Growth Dynamic of Waxy Corn Ear Based on Logistic Model
In order to increase the technology of cultivation and the efficiency of breeding of waxy corn, this paper deals with fitting Logistic curve of the growth dynamic of single ear of waxy corn varieties ‘Kennian1’, ‘Jnuo3’, ‘Jingkenuo2000’ with Origin software. The results showed that, the regression between single ear mass of the test varieties and development days could be simulated by Logistic equation. All the correlation coefficients of the Logistic equation were higher than 0.99 significant levels of correlation were showed. The residual errors between measure values and values of fitting curve were relative small and had periodicity. The developmental process could be explained better through the key points and key time intervals were figured out by parameter of fitting curve. The Logistic curve reflected the growth dynamic of waxy corn single ear mass relative correctly were showed by this experiment.
