In order to select the ideal flue-cured tobacco varieties for planting in Jingdong Yunnan. Four varieties of ‘Yunyan 85’, ‘Yunyan 87’, ‘Yunyan 97’, ‘KRK26’ and the one check of ‘K326’ were chosen to carry out variety comparison test. The results showed that: (1) the tobacco varieties of ‘KRK26’ had higher plant-height, longer pitch. wider and light green leaf, later budding, longer growth and developing period, relatively weaker abilities of anti-lodging and resistant to black shank, and thinner cured leaves. (2)The comprehensive economic characters of ‘Yunyan 87’ were the best, which had better yield, output value, average price, harvest index and the higher proportions of high grade leaves.
