The Enzymes Assay Of The Fermentation Of CHE Feed On Line
Amylase (including α-amylase and β-amylase) is the one of the most important enzymes in the feed compound enzymes. In this paper，α-amylase and amylase of the CHE feed were extracted and the assay of their activity were carried out. The results showed that optimum temperature of α-amylase was 52 ℃and the maximum of alkaline protease was 5.6352ug / min and β-amylase was 45 ℃and the maximum of alkaline protease was 1.0931 ug / min.
