Abstract
In order to increase the using effect of the freezing sperm. the writer improved the ingredients of unfreezing liquid, the freezing method, the unfreezing temperature and the preserving temperature after unfreeze. The results showed that: (1) Formula 1I and Ⅲ of semen dilutor had better result than formula I to the Sperm motility of SIMMENTAL bull (P<0.01))and the sperm motility of formula II was not different from that of the formula Ⅲ (P>0.05).(2)With the increasing of thawing temperature (40℃~65℃), the rate of motile spermatozoa increased obviously, but thawing at high temperature(80℃),the rate of motile spermatozoa was lower than that thawed at(40℃~65℃).(3) The preserving temperature after unfreeze ranging from (0℃~5℃) had better result than that of ranging from( 24℃~27℃).
