Abstract

With pineapple as the test material, the anther callus induction optimum hormone combination was selected. At the same time,by orthogonal test, effects of genotypes, sampling periods, and concentrations of AgNO3 on callus induction and browning in the process of pineapple were studied. Results showed that the optimal combination of hormone was 2 mg/L 2,4-D+0.08 mg/L TDZ. The effects of those three factors on callus induction were different, and from high to low were AgNO3, sampling period, genotype, while the effects on browning from high to low were AgNO3, genotype, sampling period, and 50 mg/L was the optimal concentration of AgNO3.
