Abstract: Based on the domestic and international review of wetland ecotourism research, Henan Xinxiang Yellow River wetland National Nature Reserve has been studied as a case. Using an eco-system analysis approach, it is found that the region is basically in the native state, has rich wilderness taste and has natural swamp eco-system composed of beautiful swamp, brook and lakes etc. Therefore, in the trial area, it may be considered that: Tourism products in line with ecological safety should be designed and tourism items focusing on nature, green, environment and moralization should be development; consequently, nature and human beings reach to a harmonious integrate state and there is a good balance between resource protection and exploitation.
