Abstract
An aerobic composting system using banana stem and chicken manure as main stuffing analyses types of material content and parameter variation which are relevant to the maturity, and physical and chemical index of composting maturity evaluation during the composting process. The result showed that the C/N ratio, the cation exchange capacity(CEC), and the CEC/TOC can be a chemical index of the banana stem and chicken manure composting maturity evaluation, but not the water soluble organic carbon(WSC) and pH value.
