Abstract

Analysis the Taiwan countryside construction, researching the Pan Dong-ting Lake area’s new rural area constructing planning, from the threshold analysis, adjustment structure, constructs organization, perfect laws and regulations, land reform, development science and technology education, Industry counter- nurture agriculture, ecology environmental protection and takeing measures against natural disasters.
