In order to accelerate collection, collation, evaluation and innovative of perennial and asexual crops germplasm in China, Strengthen the standardization of the Germplasm Resources management, Promote the exchange of information resources, Improve the management of Crop Germplasm Resources database, The author used the strategy of dynamic Web-database and performed the architecture of Browser rver(B/S) to develop Cloning and Perennial Crop Germplasm Resources Database Management System Based on internet technologies. The system could be used by Multi-unit, multi-crop data unified, standardized management and shared easily in the community.
