Abstract

To study the effect of the fertilizing biogas slurry on tomatoes,pepper,sweet potato leaves,the contents of Fe was determined,The results showed that the contents of Fe in vegetables with dry and fresh matter after fertilizing biogas slurry were obviously increased,Especially tomatoes and pepper.the contents of Fe in the dry and fresh of tomatoes were 136.92、8.82(mg/kg),increased 19.06%, 6.52% respectively.also the contents of Fe in the dry and fresh of pepper were 609.60、142.64(mg/kg),increased 32.57%、44.75% respectively.According to per person intake 20-900(mg) of elemental Fe daily,eating the vegetables with fertilizing biogas slurry were more value.
