Abstract

Synergistic antioxidant effects of CPH and other antioxidants were carried out using reducing power and superoxide radical scavenging assay. The synergism appeared between CPH and VE、Vc、BHT in low concerntrations, and the synergistic effects increased with increasing concerntration and reaction time.
