Abstract

Se is a beneficial element to wheat and also has some important pysiological functions in wheat such as stimulating growth, enhancing yield, improving quality, promoting metabolism, anti-oxidization, enhancing the resistance of wheat towards stress. This paper summarizes mainly the advances on physiological functions of Se in wheat.
