【OBJECTIVE】Study on the varieties of main quality indexes and disease incidence rate of different regions’ red globe grape during cold storage, to determine the predictive indicator for storage effect of red globe grape.【METHOD】Red globe grape from five product regions as material, the disease incidence rate, the carrier rate, the water content of peduncle, the content of titratable acid and the phenolic substance content were measured during cold storage.【RESULTS】The results showed that the red globe grape from Huailai had the lower carrier rate and disease incidence rate, the lower and stable of the water content of peduncle(descent rate is 5.60%), higher SSC and phenolic substance content, disease resistance is better than orthers; The relativity to the disease incidence rate is not at the same level in diferent quality indexes, the correlation coefficient between the SSC and the phenolic substance content and the disease incidence during the cold storage are above 0.828; the correlation coefficient between the initial phenolic substance content of flesh and the disease incidence rate after 80d’ storage is 0.885. 【CONCLUSION】The SSC and phenolic substance content can well monitor the disease incidence rate; the phenolic substance content could be a reliable indicator to predict the batch quality of red globe grape.
