Abstract

The objective is to construct of the plant antisense expression vector of ethylene receptor gene of FaEtr2 of strawberry.Specific primer was designed according to the reported cDNA sequence of the FaEtr2, and partial sequence of FaEtr2 was obtained. FaEtr2 antisense sequence was then inserted between the CaMV 35S promoter and NOS terminator into the expression vector pBI121, The expression vector was called pBI121Etr2 .The expression vector was checked then with two enzymes cutting. Then made the antisense expression vector into Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA 105. The conclusion was that the vector has been transformed into EHA 105, which make a found of further study on delay-ripening of strawberry.
