Abstract

In order to study the relationship between the dry matter accumulation in Radix Rehmanniae and the available accumulation temperature, carries on the analysis to the Radix Rehmanniae variety queen’s dry matter condition by field experiments . Use the biology statistical method to coordinate the Logistic equation of dry matter.The result showed that , under the condition of experimentation , the relationship between the dry matter accumulation in aerial parts and hypogeal and the available accumulation temperature met the Logistic equation or met basically. The ranges of the effective accumulation temperature for the turning points of boom stage were: 981.6~1745.0℃ and 1655.4~2381.0℃ respectively. The highest instantaneous growth rate (Wmax) was 0.01862 g/(d ℃·plant)and 0.05976 g/(d ℃·plant) respectively ; and they appeared when the available accumulation temperature reached 1363.31 0C and 2018.22 0C respectively .
