Abstract

The research of aromatic matter of tobacco was paid more attention in recent years. The progress of effects of different agronomic measures including fertilization, water regimes and transplantation, etc. and curing conditions on content of aroma components of tobacco was reviewed. Agronomic measures mainly affected physiological and biochemical metabolism of tobacco growth and development, and fatherly affected the content and proportion of aromatic matters; curing conditions affected the phenotype of tobacco quality potential.
