以白花长寿花的茎段为试材，通过组织培养进行快繁研究，结果表明，丛生芽的增殖以MS+BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+GA3 2.0mg/L+蔗糖40g/ L最适；生根培养用MS+BA 0.1mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L+ GA3 1.5mg/L+蔗糖40g/L最好。试管苗移栽基质中成活率达99%。
