以徐州城北生态农业公园总体规划为例，推行生态造园理念，精心构思农业项目，在矿区废弃地生态修复与景观格局重建、城郊观光农业生态规划理论与方法方面进行了有益的探索。提出将城郊矿区废弃地生态恢复与观光农业建设相结合的发展思路，促进区域生态、经济的可持续发展。
