从秦岭采集的15株栓菌属真菌中筛选出产漆酶能力最强的菌株03588，对其发酵产酶条件的研究结果表明其产酶最适碳源为葡萄糖，最适氮源为硝酸铵。起始最适pH为6.0，最适培养温度为28℃，5d酶活达到最大值。培养基装量对产酶的影响不大。
