
农民参与政府组织的农业技术培训的供求影响因素研究
Supply and Demand Influence Factors of Farmers’ Willingness to Participate in Agricultural Technical Training Organized by Government
为了研究农民参与政府组织的农业技术培训的情况,通过有序logistic回归模型与DEMATEL模型,对成都市302位农民做调查问卷,从需求和供给两方面分别研究影响农户参与培训和影响合理组织培训的因素。研究表明:文化程度、农业收入比例、培训形式、最少培训补助、政策宣传力度、土地转出难度等是影响农民参与培训的重要因素,而培训目的、培训形式等是合理安排培训的关键,由此提出应加强农村基础教育投入,加大培训宣传力度,在充分考虑农户需求的基础上,把握好农户培训的供需平衡,并且在规范土地流转行为的基础上稳健提高农户务农收入等相应对策建议。
To study the participation of farmers in agricultural technical training organized by the government, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 302 farmers in Chengdu through the orderly logistic regression model and DEMATEL model,and the factors influencing farmers' participation in training and the reasonable organization of training were studied from the aspects of demand and supply. The research shows that the degree of education, the proportion of agricultural income, the form of training, the minimum training subsidy, the policy propaganda and the difficulty of land transfer are important factors affecting farmers' participation in training, the training purpose and form are the keys to well-arranged training. Therefore, it is proposed that rural basic education investment and training should be strengthened, and we should balance the supply and demand of farmers' training by fully considering the needs of farmers, and steadily improve farmers' farming income by standardizing land transfer.
