摘要

水环境承载力研究对社会经济和生态可持续发展具有迫切的现实意义。从社会经济、生态、水质、水量四个角度选取评价指标,运用层次分析法和向量模法,对江苏省2004-2015年数据进行统计处理和计算。结果表明:2004-2015年江苏省水环境承载力整体呈现出下降的趋势,2008年达到最低值。2008-2015年水环境承载力表现出波动上升的变化态势。2015年评价值为0.342,但仍低于多年平均水平0.351。因此,江苏省必须从提高环保投资,革新技术设备,产业结构优化升级和转移等方面予以突破,进一步提升当地水环境承载力。

Abstract

The study of water environment carrying capacity has an urgent and realistic significance for the sustainable development of socio-economic and ecology. The evaluation indicators were selected from the four perspectives of socio-economic, ecological, water quality, and water volume. The data of Jiangsu Province from 2004 to 2015 were statistically processed and calculated using the analytic hierarchy process and the vector norm method. The results show that the water environmental carrying capacity of Jiangsu Province as a whole showed a downward trend from 2004 to 2015 and reached the lowest value in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, the water environmental carrying capacity showed a trend of fluctuation and increase. The 2015 evaluation value is 0.342, but it is still lower than the multi-year average of 0.351. Therefore, Jiangsu Province must make breakthroughs in improving environmental protection investment, innovating technological equipment, optimizing, upgrading and shifting the industrial structure, so as to further enhance the local water environment carrying capacity.
