为了解福建作物种质资源研究与共享利用状况。采用问卷调查方法,对福建省9个省级、7个地(市)科研单位(推广中心)进行种质资源研究和共享利用研究进行问卷调研。[结果]结果表明:科研人员整体素质普遍较高,其中从事与种质相关的人数占比64.78%;种质品质、产量性状最受关注;科研人员主要通过查找文献资料并通过单位间种质交换和自行收集获取种质;高达75.03%认为科研经费不足、试验条件和科研协作机制等是制约农作物种质研究的主要因素;加强科研合作交流、提高共享利用服务水平为优化农作物种质资源共享服务主要途径。[结论]当前农作物种质资源共享服务尚不能完全满足科研需求,建议依托福建丰富区域特色农作物种质资源,整合、集成福建作物种质资源数据平台,构建福建省种质信息共享与管理互连服务中心,实现优良、特色种质高效共享,提高资源利用率。
Abstract
Investigation on Crop Germplasm Resources and Their Sharing Utilization in Fujian

Abstract: [Objective] This paper aims to study the research and utilization status of crop germplasm in Fujian. [Method]The crop germplasm resources and their sharing utilization in 9 provincial and 7 prefectural (city-level) scientific research units (extension centers) of Fujian Province were analyzed by questionnaire investigation. [Result]The results showed that the quality of research personnel was generally high, 64.78% of which worked on germplasm resources. The most attention of researchers were paid on quality of germplasm and yield traits. The main ways for researchers to get germplasm resources were inter-unit germplasm exchange and self-collection through literature information; 75.03% of researchers thought that the main factors restricted the development of crop germplasm study were insufficient fund, poor experimental conditions and lack of collaboration mechanisms. Two countermeasures for optimizing the sharing utilization of crop germplasm resources were considered to be: enhancing the scientific research cooperation and exchange, and improving the sharing level. [Conclusion]The current crop germplasm resources sharing service didn’t match with the research needs. Therefore, based on the local germplasm resources in Fujian, it was suggested to collect and integrate Fujian crop germplasm resources data, and construct Fujian germplasm resources information sharing and managing platform in order to realize the sharing of crop germplasm resources, and improve the resource utilization efficiency.
