摘要

旨在为湖南饲用大麦整株的利用提供指导。以湖北‘华大麦9号’为研究对象,通过对饲草株高,分蘖数,鲜重和饲草品质等测定,分析不同刈割时期和留茬高度对大麦鲜草产量与品质的影响,筛选出合适的刈割时期和留茬高度。‘华大麦9号’的生育期169天,在抽穗时株高达到最高,分蘖数在3~5之间。大麦在环洞庭湖区域种植整株收获做饲草利用,刈割时期可以从始穗期开始,以齐穗期为最好,留茬高度可以是5~10 cm,其中5 cm留茬高度可以获得更高的产量。‘华大麦9号’留茬高度为5 cm,刈割时期为齐穗期,总产量达到42.23 kg/小区。不同时期刈割其粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗纤维含量存在显著差异。粗蛋白在始穗期和齐穗期差异不显著,以始穗期最高;粗纤维含量以成熟期最高;而粗灰分含量在不同刈割时期间差异不显著。

Abstract

To provide guidance for barley utilization in Hunan Province,‘Huadamai 9’from Hubei Province was used as the research object in this study. By measuring the plant height, tiller number, fresh weight and forage quality, the effects of different mowing periods and stubble heights on yield and quality of fresh barley were analyzed and the appropriate mowing period and stubble height were screened out. The results showed that the growth period of‘Huadamai 9’was 169 days. The highest plant height of‘Huadamai 9’was at initial heading stage and the tiller number ranged from 3-5. It was used for forage by harvesting the whole plant of barley in Dongting Lake area. The mowing period could be started from the initial heading stage, and the full heading stage was the best. The stubble height could be 5-10 cm, and 5 cm was the optimum for higher yield. For‘Huadamai 9’, the optimal stubble height was 5 cm, mowing period was at full heading stage, and the total yield reached 42.23 kg/13.5 m2. There were significant differences in the contents of crude ash, crude protein and crude fiber in different periods. The content of crude protein was not significantly different between initial heading stage and full heading stage, but it was the highest at initial heading stage. The crude fiber content was the highest at maturation stage, while the content of crude ash was not significantly different at different cutting time.
