为了找出潍坊春季暴雪天气的预报着眼点,进而提高预报准确率,给当地的防灾减灾工作提供更加准确、优质的气象预报服务,通过利用多种常规观测资料、NCEP再分析资料及卫星云图资料,对2010年2 月28 日潍坊一次罕见强降雪进行较为全面的诊断分析。结果表明:暴雪是发生在深厚的暖湿气流当中,湿层比较厚;大范围上升运动区内,存在多个上升运动中心,与中尺度对流云团的活动相对应;暴雪期间对流性比较强,对流层中层存在一个逆温层或温度递减率很小的层次,对流不稳定能量主要集中在对流层底层;卫星云图可以很好地反映造成暴雪的中小尺度系统的发展和移动。
Abstract
In order to find out the spring blizzard weather forecast point in Weifang, improve the forecast accuracy and provide a more accurate high quality weather forecast service for local disaster prevention and mitigation work, based on all kinds of conventional data, NCEP reanalysis data and satellite data, the author analyzed comprehensively a blizzard fatality in early spring in Weifang. Results showed that heavy snowfall happened in the deep moist air flows and the thick wet layer; there were multiple upward movement centers, correspond to the activities of the mesoscale convective cloud in the large-scale ascending motion area; this was a convection snowfall. Middle troposphere was a temperature inversion or a small temperature decline rate one. The convective instability energy mainly concentrated in the bottom of the troposphere; satellite cloud image could well reflect the cause the movement and the development of small and medium scale system of the blizzard.
