Sulfur is one of important constituents in organisms. It is closely related to metabolism of soybean dairy fiber, so the proper sulfur dose in fertilizer is important for improving soybean nutrient and quality. For evaluating the effect of different sulfur dose on dairy fiber in various soybean gene type,Three soybean varieties in Heilongjiang ( ‘Heinong-37’, middle cultivar; ‘Heinong-44’, high-oil cultivar and ‘Heinong-48’, high-protein cultivar) were investigated. The soybean seeds were planted in pots. 4 levels of sulfur (S) treatment weredesigned, which were S1, S2, S3 and S4 (0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 g of sulfur per kilogram of soil).
The content of total Dietary fiber in different soybean varieties was determined by enzyme-weight measurement. The results showed that, the content of total Dietary fiber under the same variety of different treatment, HN48 and HN44 treatment was significantly higher than that of S3, HN37 in S2 processing under the highest content; same deal with the different varieties of soybean total Dietary fiber content, under the S1-S4 treatment HN48 was significantly highest, and then HN37 and HN44. Under different treatments in different soybean varieties, the content of total Dietary fiber in HN37 S3 was the highest. These findings suggested that Sulfur affected the total content of Dietary fiber in the three soybean varieties, and appropriate amounts of S fertilization might contribute to improving the content of Dietary fiber.
