Abstract:The resistant reaction of eight strains tested to different concentrations of ampicillin ,tetracycline, streptomycin,kanamycin ,rifampicin,cefotaxime and chloramphenicol is studied.And the results showed that PSB3,PSB4,PSB13,PSB26,PSB58,PSB67,PSB77 are ampicillin-resistant strains,and PSB4,PSB13,PSB26 streptomycin-resistant strains,PSB4,PSB26,PSB67,PSB77tetracycline-resistant strains, PSB,PSB13,PSB15,PSB26,PSB67,PSB77 chloramphenicol-resistant strains,PSB3,PSB,PSB26,PSB58,PSB77 rifampicin-resistant strains, and PSB77 cefotaxime-resistant strain.The results of resistance tests ofphosphate-solubilizing bacteria against antibiotics can be used to study colonization dynamics of the eight phosphate-solubilizing bacteriastrains in the soil.
