对凉山烤烟主要化学成分进行分析和综合评价,探索凉山烤烟化学成分主要因子,并利用化学成分对烟叶质量进行评价;以凉山州主要植烟县市12个‘红花大金元’烟叶样品为供试材料,对烤烟中9种主要化学成分进行了相关分析和因子分析,并利用因子得分进行综合评价。结果表明,烤烟主要化学成分存在显著或极显著的相关性。相关系数矩阵前3个特征根的累计贡献率已达85.875%。由化学成分的因子载荷矩阵得到3个主因子,即碳氮因子、燃烧性因子和钾因子。各样品因子得分排名与感官评吸得分排名基本一致。利用因子分析对凉山州‘红花大金元’烟叶化学成分进行评价是可行的。
Abstract
The study aimed to conduct the factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation on main chemical components in the tobacco in Liangshan Province. Explore the main factor of Liangshan flue-cured tobacco chemical composition and use of chemical components to evaluation on tobacco quality. By the method of correlation analysis and factor analysis, total 12‘Honghuadajinyuan’tobacco samples from the main province of Liangshan were analyzed with data from 9 main chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves. A comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the factor scores. The results indicated that the main chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves were highly positive-correlated with that of the others. The contribution rate of first-three characteristic roots was 85.875%, three main factors from the main chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves were obtained, namely the carbon nitrogen factor, combustion factor, potassium factor. The rank factor score of every sample was the same with the rank of smoking quality score. It was feasible to evaluate the chemical components in the‘Honghuadajinyuan’tobacco leaves by the factor analysis method.
