番茄主要品质性状的杂种优势
Heterosis of Main Quality Characters of Tomato
为了提高番茄的品质性状,实验采用6种多年来的高自交的番茄亲本,按照Griffing完全双列杂交(p2),配制成30个杂交组合。通过超中优势率、超亲优势率和显性度,研究了它们杂种一代的优势表现,用来对新品种的选育提供理论依据。结果表明,番茄品质性状的杂种优势普遍存在,其中番茄红素(P1)、可溶性总糖(P11)、糖酸比(P12)等3个性状表现出较强的正向杂种优势,通过对显性度的分析得到番茄红素(P1)、可溶性固形物(P3)、可溶性总糖(P11)、糖酸比(P12)等性状的多数杂交组合均表现为十分明显的正向显性。
Heterosis performances of F1 by the ratio of positive, transgressive heterosis rate and degree of dominance in tomatoes were studied, with 30 crosses combination from six high inbred parents of many years, according to Griffing complete dealer cross design (p2), in order to provided theoretical basis for the breeding of new varieties and improve main quality characters of tomato. The results showed that, the heterosis of quality characters were ubiquity, in which lycopene (P1), total soluble sugar (P11) and sugar acid ratio (P12) exhibited a strong positive heterosis; the positive degree of dominance of lycopene (P1), soluble solid (P3), total soluble sugar (P11) and sugar acid ratio (P12) in most combinations showed positive dominance.
