摘要：人参( Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)是中国传统药用植物，世界上享负盛名。我国是世界上人参生产大国，中国人参产量占世界产量的一半以上。吉林省是中国人参产业大省，人参产业的发展已经取得阶段性成果，政府扶持力度也在不断加大，自有品牌声誉逐年提高。但在国际市场的冲击下，我省人参产业却面临着转型升级、产品换代和附加值提高等问题。本文分析了吉林省人参产业的优势与弊端，初步探讨实现跨越式发展的先决条件、发展思路和可持续发展的战略部署。

Abstract: Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer is the traditional Chinese medicinal plants and famous in the world. China is a great Ginseng produced nation in the world, our output of Ginseng is more than half of world output of Ginseng. While Jilin province is the great Ginseng produced province in China, the Ginseng industry development has achieved initial results, the government support is also increases, and brands of fame is improving year by year. But under the impact of international market, our Ginseng industry is facing many problems as transition to upgrade Ginseng products,、cycle plans and added values. This article analyses both the advantages and the drawbacks of Jilin Ginseng industry, preliminary descript the prerequisite to achieve the great-leap-forward development, developing train of thought and sustainable development strategy.
