蚕丝蛋白溶液对高温胁迫下生菜种子萌发的影响初探
Effect of Silk Fibroin Solution on Lettuce Seed Germination under High Temperature Stress
【研究目的】初步探讨不同浓度的3种蚕丝蛋白溶液(大分子量丝素蛋白溶液、小分子量丝素蛋白溶液、丝胶溶液)对高温胁迫下生菜种子萌发的影响【方法】以瑞比特、津科、皇帝、圣代四种生菜品种为材料,用不同浓度的3种蚕丝蛋白溶液浸种4小时,对照为蒸馏水浸种。之后在高温环境下(35℃)进行催芽,并测定发芽率、发芽势、活力指数和单株鲜重。【结果】经适应浓度的3种蚕丝蛋白溶液处理的生菜种子,在高温胁迫下,发芽率、发芽势、活力指数和单株鲜重均不同程度的高于对照。【结论】实验初步确定蚕丝蛋白溶液处理能缓解高温胁迫对生菜种子萌发的抑制效应。同时通过综合比较50mg/L大分子量丝素蛋白溶液和100mg/L小分子量丝素蛋白溶液处理效果较好。
Abstract: [OBJECTIVE] The research aimed to study effect of three kinds of silk fibroin solution (large molecular weight silk fibroin solution, small molecular weight silk fibroin solution, sericin solution) on lettuce seed germination under high temperature stress [METHOD] Taking lettuce Rapid,Jinke, The Emperor, Sundae as test materials, various concentrations of three kinds of silk fibroin solutions soaked for 4h and the control were dipped in water. Then the lettuce seed were germinated illumination box at 35℃ and germination energy, germination rate, vigor index and single plant fresh weight were measured; [RESULTS] The results showed that germination energy, germination rate, vigor index and single plant fresh weight of lettuce seed pretreated with suitable concentration of silk fibroin solution were higher under heat stress than that in control; [CONCLUSION] The silk fibroin solutions have mitigative effect on seed germination under high temperature stress. Through a comprehensive comparison, mitigative effect of 50mg/L large molecular weight silk fibroin solution and 100mg/L small molecular weight silk fibroin solution under the high temperature stress is better than others.
