摘要：采用湿润育苗方式，研究了黄沙、玉米秸秆、锯末替代常规基质对烤烟苗期根长、根宽、根面积、根体积、根数等形态指标以及丙二醛、脯氨酸等抗性生理的影响，结果表明：适宜的替代材料较对照不仅能有效提高干物质积累，而且能有效促进根系形态建成；不同替代材料对烤烟抗逆指标的影响不同，丙二醛含量变化不规律，在育苗后期，替代材料处理的烟苗Pro含量较对照高。

Abstract：The experiment was carried out to study the effects of huangsha, corn straw, Sawdust, replaced matrix on the morphological index and resistance physiology such as length, avgdiam, surfarea, rootvolume, tips and MDA, Pro with seedling nursing on moist trays. The results showed that suitable substitute had more effective raise accumulation and root morphogenesis than CK, the different substitute on resistance. The content varieties of MDA were not regularity in different substitute treatments, in the late grow-seedling stage, the content of Pro of the different substitute was higher than CK.
