摘要:以“红香椿一号”的茎段为外植体进行植物组织培养,采用四因素三水平正交设计法试验筛选出生根、诱芽的适宜培养基,以不同培养基的生根数为鉴定指标,筛选出适宜红香椿一号茎分化苗生根的培养基,以不同培养基的增芽数为鉴定指标,筛选出适宜红香椿一号茎分化丛生芽的培养基,进而掌握不同生长素之间的适宜配比。通过试验研究表明:在9个培养基中生根最佳的培养基是(MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+ZT0.2mg/L);增殖适宜的培养基是 (MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA.01mg/L+ZT0.1mg/L)。

Abstract

Abstract: We sifted out suitable medium of rooting and induced budding by adopting methods on experiment with four-factor three-level orthogonal design using stems of Red Toona Sinensis as explants for plant tissue culture.We also sifted out the suitable medium for rooting of the seedings from differentiation of stem of Red Toona Sinensis I acording to the rooting number in different medium and sifted out the suitable medium for budding of thicket from differentiation of stem of Red Toona Sinensis I acording to the rooting number in different medium, so that we can grip the suitable ratio among the different auxins. The results show that: the medium of (MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+ZT0.2mg/L) is optimal for rooting in the nine mediums and the medium of MS+BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1~0.2 mg/L is the best one of proliferation medium.
