科技期刊的改革、发展和壮大,需要依靠大量的优秀编辑出版人才来支撑。人才的培养,是出版单位的基本建设任务之一。中国科技期刊编辑主要来源于主办单位的科技人员。科技编辑角色转换具有专业知识扎实、自学能力和接受能力较强、职业道德良好等优势;同时存在思想准备不足、语文功底不足、博识不足、市场意识不足等问题。传统的单一的由科技人员转任科技编辑的用人机制应有所创新,科技期刊才能顺应改革潮流,优化人才结构,提高核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。
Abstract
the reformation and development and strength of sci-tech journals depend on many outstanding talents of publication. Training talents is one task of the capital construction of the publication unit. Chinese sci-tech journals editors mainly stem from the sci-tech personnel of the sponsors. The sci-tech journals editors have advantages in role transformation because they have solid professional knowledge, have great ability to study independently, have receptive mind and have good professional ethics. But they also have some problems, such as not well-prepared in mental, not well-grounded in Chinese, not well-learned and well-informed and lack of market consciousness. The traditional single system of personnel placement that the sci-tech personnel change to another post as sci-tech journal editor should be innovated, so the sci-tech journals can go with the tide of reform, optimize the talents structure, increase the key competitive effectiveness and realize the sustainable development.
