摘要

在恒温培养箱条件下,研究了铜胁迫对两个油菜品种矮脚黄、矮抗青种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着铜胁迫浓度的增大,种子电解质外渗率增加,相对渗出率也逐渐增加;较低浓度铜胁迫下油菜种子的可溶性糖含量增多,之后,随着铜浓度的增加,可溶性糖含量逐渐减少;两种油菜种子的总淀粉酶、α淀粉酶活性均在铜浓度为40μM时最大,之后随着铜浓度的升高,两种酶活性逐渐降低;油菜种子中丙二醛(MDA)的含量随着铜浓度的增高而升高。

Abstract

Having studied the biochemical index of germinating of the two breeds of cole in an artificial climate box, Aijiaohuang and Aikangqing, I have found that with the increasing concentration of the menace of Cu ion solution, the higher the exosmosis rate is, and the electrolyte exosmosis rate also rises gradually; that the cole seeds bred in the lower concentration of Cu menace contains more dissoluble glycogen, and with the increasing concentration of Cu ion solution, the dissoluble glycogen of the cole seeds is on the decrease; that the total amount of amylase and the activity of α-enzyme of the cole seeds are the highest level when the concentration of Cu ion solution is at 40μM, then, with the increase of the concentration, the activity of enzyme declines apparently; that the content and the accumulation of MDA in the seed are both on increase with the increasing of the concentration Cu ion solution.
