白灵菇液体培养工艺的初步研究

摘要

本文用摇瓶发酵研究了白灵菇液体培养的条件,研究结果表明,最适碳源、氮源分别为葡萄糖和蛋白胨,最适葡萄糖浓度和C/N分别为4.0%、20:1。最适培养条件是接种量10%,250mL三角瓶装液量为100mL,初始pH值为7.0,培养温度为30℃。

Abstract

Suitable of submerged culture conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied by flask shaking. The results showed that the suitable carbon source and nitrogen source are glucose and peptone. The mycelium grows best when glucose concentration is 3.0% and C/N is 20:1. The optimum culture conditions were as below: inoculation loading 10%,medium capacity 100mL/25OmL flask,250mLflask,initial pH7.0, temperature 30℃.
