通过测定抗球虫指数来衡量癸氧喹酯对鸡感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫的疗效。结果表明癸氧喹酯低中高剂量组（13.6ppm、27.2ppm和54.4ppm）抗球虫水平都达到了优秀，抗球虫指数分别为181.29、182.65和181.61。癸氧喹酯与马杜霉素组联合用药组（13.6 ppm +2.5ppm）和癸氧喹酯与妥曲珠利联合用药组（13.6 ppm +12.5ppm）的药效突出，抗球虫指数达到了194.37和197.89。试验说明癸氧喹酯能够有效的抑制球虫病的发生，联合用药效果尤佳。

The experiment was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of decoquinate against Eimeria tenella according to the anticoccidial index(ACI). The results demonstrated that decoquinate of different concentration have the different efficiency.The ACI of decoquinate group given at low dose(13.6 ppm in feed) is 181.29;the ACI of decoquinate group given at median dose(27.2 ppm in feed) is 182.65; the ACI of decoquinate group given at high dose(54.4 ppm in feed) is 181.61.The efficacy of combined decoquinate with Maduramcin and Toltrazuril is excellent.The respective ACI is 194.37 and 197.89.The results revealed Decoquinate has potential value as a broiler anticoccidial. It suggested that Decoquinate combinating with Maduramcin and Toltrazuril could enhance the efficacy.
