Using the weather conditions of Nantong Meteorological Bureau and the experimental data of winter wheat of Nantong Department of Agriculture during 2003～2007,the paper analyzes the weather conditions of winter wheat in the all wheat growth periods ,in recent 4 years in Nantong. Then through the comprehensive comparative method, analyze the impact on wheat yield components of the climate change of Nantong .
